Real life obedience training assures greater control over the dog but at the same time,  more freedom than before.  Freedom to have adventures together;  a mutually enriched existence.  This freedom comes from understanding, and understanding always comes from empathy.  When empathy is at its peak:  we have Concord.

But first, there is work to be done. 

At Magic Mountain K9 Training, our   obedience programs are offered from 6 months and above.   They are private, and tailored to the owner’s needs to the finest detail.  We use a balanced, holistic approach that is varied and fun.  We do not do board-and-trains.  

At Magic Mountain K9 Training, we train you to be your dog’s trainer.  Family members are encouraged to participate as well.  Sessions are  3 x per week for 4 to 6 weeks, per level (Beginners and Advanced), in and around your home, at Magic Mountain K9, and various public parks and shopping centers.   The cost is $1850 (each level).

As of Spring 2025, we will also be offering Travel Classes for the Beginner Obedience level.  These are semi-private and in small  groups of 5 dog/handler teams.  Perfect for reactive dogs or owners who prefer a group setting.  Each Travel Class course will consist of 12 one hour lessons in various places in our area.  The cost is $480 per dog.
