Real life obedience training assures greater control over the dog but at the same time,  more freedom than before.  Freedom to have adventures together;  a mutually enriched existence.  This freedom comes from understanding, and understanding always comes from empathy.  When empathy is at its peak:  we have Concord.

But first, there is work to be done. 

At Magic Mountain K9 Training, our   obedience programs are offered from 6 months and above.   They are private, and tailored to the owner’s needs to the finest detail.  We use a balanced, holistic approach that is varied and fun.  We do not do board-and-trains.  

At Magic Mountain K9 Training, we train you to be your dog’s trainer.  Family members are encouraged to participate as well.  Sessions are  3 x per week for 4 to 6 weeks, per level (Beginners and Advanced), in and around your home, at Magic Mountain K9, and various public parks and shopping centers.  

As of Spring 2025, we will also be offering  Travel Classes for the Beginner Obedience level.  These are semi-private and in small  groups of 5 dog/handler teams.  Perfect for reactive dogs or owners who prefer a group setting.  Each Travel Class course will consist of 12 one hour lessons in various places in our area.
